请教：Information Sciences 大修回去with editor一个月了该不该发邮件问问编辑 已有10人参与

| 如题，四月六号修回去的，第二天就with editor，现在一个月了，还是这个状态，想发邮件过去问问编辑怎么回事，又害怕有什么不好的后果，请教有经验的前辈，多谢了！ |
