Composition-dependent structure and remnant polarization study of Bi3.25La0.75Ti3-xZrxO12 ceramics B-site substituted Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 (BLT) ceramics by Zr, Bi3.25La0.75Ti3-xZrxO12 (BLTZx, x = 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.75, 1.00, and 1.50) were prepared by solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering were used to characterize their structures. It is revealed that the Zr substitution doesn’t change the layered structures of BLTZx ceramics whereas the tolerance of Zr substitution is limited. With x increasing from 0 to 1.50, the positions of the different Raman modes don’t show obvious shift while the remnant polarization (Pr) varies. It is revealed that the BLTZ0.2 ceramic has the largest Pr, which might provide guideline for searching new materials. The origin of Pr changing is also discussed. |
