昨天外审的一篇文章回来了， 原文： Dear ***, Based on the enclosed comments of the reviewer, I regret to inform you that I can not accept your manuscript entitled "***" for publication in ‘***’ in its present format. While the reviewer believes that the paper does contain publishable information, addition information in the manuscript is needed which should then be followed by another review.
