Dear Dr. xxxxxx,

I regret to inform you that your manuscript entitled "xxxxxxx" is not suitable for publication in this journal.

Dear authors,
I am sorry for delay with the procedure: till now we could not succeed to obtain any referee report, in spite of sending the request to several referees including your suggestions.
Independent on that, your article cannot be published because it does not fit the journal profile. I am sorry for not having noticed it from the very beginning. But the authors, before the submission might have read the definition of the journal profile : "... electronic polymers and electronic molecular materials including novel carbon architectures". I believe your article will suit another journal with a general profile on electro-chemistry.
