【求助】急求给外教的一封信已有1人参与

各位友友求助啊！ 本人是福建XX高校的硕博连读生，由于实验需要今年3月份到Y高校做实验去啦，可是5月份还有一门博士的英语口语课程要上，没有办法，只能跟外教商量啦，希望求一封写给外教的邮件！内容包括： 1.我是化学化工学院08级的有机化学专业的硕博连读生，学号：124 2.由于实验需要现在在天津Y高校学习，不能回去上课。 3.希望寻求解决的办法：能不能不上课，必要的时候远程考试；如果不行的，能不能等考试的时候回学校考；再不可以的话，就申请缓休，等下学年再上。 谢谢各位友友啦！！！拜托拜托  |

Dear Sir or Madam: I am a Ph.D candidate in School of Chemistry and Chemical engineering, and my major is organic chemistry. My student number is 124. Due to the requirement of my research program I have been in Y University doing my experiments since March. However, I should take an Oral English course for Ph.D candidates in May, and I will not be able to come back to go to classes. I think that whether I would not go to classes but register this course and attend the final examinations in a distance exam way or come back to attend the final exam (if the distance exam would not be available). Otherwise, I would have to take this course next year. I am very appreciated if you could help me and give me an opportunity to take the final exam.
