| It is to clarify that the MLC-alk gene never had a single copy of invertebrates to vertebrates in multiple copies of the gene evolution and the evolution of muscular systems that leave a vacancy occurs. It is the extensive research on the MLC-alk genes in all low-chordate invertebrate species and lower invertebrates that will help to clarify this issue eventually. |

| This leaves a room for eluciating the issue regarding the evolution of MLC-ail genes from a single copy of invertebrates to multiple copies of vertebrates as well as the muscular systems. It will be conductive to give a final answer to this isue by extensive researches on the MLC-alk genes in all lower vertebrate species and lower invertebrates. |
