花了十一个月得到这么个结果，连个审稿意见都没有。难道真是催稿惹得祸，可是十个月问问现在什么状态，不算过分吧？ I regret to have to inform you that the referees recommended against acceptance of the paper in its present form for publication in the journal XXXX. They feel that some substantial amendments should be made, to make the paper of interest and benefit to a wider cross-section of our readers.
