【Diary】Thank you very much, all my friends in Emuch 已有8人参与

As you may know, I has been promoted as a director of Master and PhD Zone. The good things for this promotion is a way give me a higher rank and some more managed function and I can contribute more than in only one column. However, In these days, it was a real challenge for me to do some manage work compare with the way I did before. The most happy thing is to award some masters, whereas the most difficult part is to fire or punish them. As a director, to be crucial and emotion less is necessary in some cases but I don't want to be the one. In some situation, I may be more emotional than rational. Anyway, it is a very complex situation for me now. Ｉwish I can do better after several weeks. Away from the English column I loved is also a very sad things because I do not have more time to write some slice of my life and to improve my writing skill. Therefore, Ｉam very happy to write someting to all of you and English Speaking column, where I come and enjoy today.
