帮一家美资的制药公司招项目经理，工作地点在上海，应届毕业的相关专业硕士或者博士都可以尝试，要求英语流利，学习速度快，懂得商务礼仪。 the Project/Operations Manager will be responsible for the evaluation, identification and coordination of R&D collaboration partners, in-licensing and out-licensing activities in the greater China area, and management of daily office operations. Assessment of external collaborative opportunities includes initial analysis using public available information, database searches, and generation of constructive technical feedback for external companies and groups and assessing strategic fit. This individual also will lead and/or participate in visits to external companies and to lead the communication of the results of those evaluations to internal and external stakeholders. Similarly, s/he will lead the development of relationships within the external research community including in industry and biotech companies, research institutes, academic and other scientific organizations. Furthermore, s/he will have clear understanding of the relationships, trends, processes and technical breakthroughs in pharmaceutical R&D to provide company with competitive access to potential opportunities of strategic interest. The individual will need to possess outstanding problem solving, project management and leadership skills. S/he must be highly organized and systematic in the processing and implementation of the many external innovation activities. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of databases, writing research reports on companies and opportunities, editing newsletters, and organizing meetings. REQUIREMENTS: • MS/Ph.D. in a life scientific discipline (biology, chemistry, pharmacology, pharmacy, medicine) • Self motivated fast learner • Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written) • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Highly organized and result oriented • Working experience in the life science industry or academia preferred • Strong computer skills in business software applications • Working experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize quickly • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in highly integrated cross functional teams 有意者请联系：aelanzhang@gmail.com 有任何疑问也请邮件联系。 薪资待遇从优 |
