请问Wiley旗下期刊的版权转让协议必须要寄到英国吗？ 已有4人参与

同学的一篇论文刚中了Wiley旗下的期刊IJCS。她在之前审稿过程中并没有上交the copyright transfer agreement。录用通知书里要求她把copyright transfer agreement寄到英国（具体如下）。请问，她可以扫描copyright transfer agreement，然后电子邮件发给Production Department吗？Production Department的邮箱是什么呢？谢谢 A signed copyright transfer agreement is needed for publication.
