两个审稿人意见，一个同意一个不同意。估计当时编辑在找第三方仲裁。做出决定的当然是编辑了，所以有时催也不太好。

这是当时编辑的回信，其实也比较中肯。后来我的文章发在JPCC上了。

Thank you for your message regarding the status of your manuscript. I am sorry that the review time has been longer than is usual for ChemComm, however due to the time of year several of the referees have been unable to provide reports. I then received two reports that provided conflicting recommendations and therefore the manuscript was sent to an adjudicative referee for consideration. Based on all three reports below, I regret to inform you that the above manuscript has not been accepted for publication in ChemComm. Referee A and the adjudicative referee suggest that the work is of insufficient novelty and impact to warrant urgent publication in a general chemistry journal such as ChemComm. I would therefore encourage you to revise the manuscript in line with the comments in the reports and then submit it to a more specialised journal in due course.



Please note that the acceptance rate for ChemComm is <30% of submitted manuscripts. Criteria for acceptance in ChemComm are that work should be original and significant, and of wide general appeal or exceptional interest in its specialised area.

偶的审了3个多月 直接发表 接受不到一周就连页码都出来了 网上
