We are submitting our manuscript, titled “Magnetic beads based rolling circle amplification-electrochemiluminescenece assay for highly sensitive detection of point mutation”, to be considered for publication in the journal of Biosensors and Bioelectronics. As demonstrated in this study, rolling circle amplification (RCA) based electrochemiluminescence (ECL) assay for highly sensitive detection of p53 oncogene was developed.
