Cucurbituril is among the 4th generation molecular compounds, and of great concerns due to its application potential in such fields as molecular recognition, assembling, catalysis, sewage disposal and circumstantial monitoring. Several kinds of cucurbituril were synthesized in our study, and some of them, which were well-watersoluble, were investigated on their molecular recognition effect of  trimeric cyanamide, o-diaminobenzene and 9,10-diaminophenyl anthracene  by fluorescence titration. The range of cucurbituril molecular recognition was further broadened and toxicant determination was developed based on supramolecular inclusion-complexes, which was  a new orientation of cucurbituril.

Cucurbituril is the fourth generation of supramolecular compounds.It received extensive attention because of its wide range of potential applications in molecular recognition,molecular assembly,molecular catalysis,sewage treatment,environmental monitoring and so on,and it becomes a new hot research to be the future.We synthesized several Cucurbituril in this topic and we also chose the Cucurbituril with certain water-soluble between them as the object of the study.We take the Fluorescence Spectrometric Method as the major means.and we also do some research on it about molecular recognition to Melamine,O-phenylenediamine and 9 10-diaminodiphenyl Anthracene.Furthermore,the content we study in this topic broadens Cucurbituril's range of molecular recognition, developes a new method or a new technique to measure toxicant which is based on supramolecular,and opens up a new direction in Cucurbituril's application.
The text is divided into five chapters:
the first chapter
   It summarizes the origin,the synthesis and the characteristics of Cucurbituril in brief.Then introduces its research progress in the field of molecular recognition and so on.In the mean time,we roughed out some ideas for the research in this topic,combined with the experience of the preliminary work in our laboratory
the second chapter  
   We prepared Cucurbituril according to the reference and made 1HNMR and infra-red spectral characterize
the third chapter
   We particularly study CB's clathration to the toxic,the Melamine, calculate host-guest's stability constant and basicly do some discussion  about  inclusion mechanism .Molecular simulation methods are used to inference possible inclusion models,water soluble Cucurbituril as a new method  is developed for food analysis,and opened up new ways of food analysis.
the forth chapter
   We particularly study CB's clathration to the toxic environmental pollutants, O-phenylenediamine. We calculate host-guest's stability constant and basicly do some discussion  about  inclusion mechanism . we also study surfactant's effect to CB's clathration at the same time ,which opens up a new field of development in environmental monitoring.
the fifth chapter
   It establishes a method using CB to determine dyestuff's small molecules' derivatives: 9£¬10-diaminodiphenyl Anthracene, studies the clathration between them.We finally obtain the  stability constant.
