| Lithium is an important metal that impel the world going forward . In the past half-century for a variety of sea water from the salt lake brine and method of extracting lithium as solvent extraction, precipitation and ion exchange adsorption, etc., have been extensively studied.Adsorbent method in which inorganic screening because of some specific material to show on the Li + highly selective and environmentally friendly effect is considered the most promising approach. A variety of lithium manganese oxide spinel phase in particular, contains lithium manganese oxide and some elements have been studied to replace the adsorbent and characterization. However, blockage of binder and solid phase diffusion resistance inhibits the adsorption capacity of Li + in the process of de-embedded manganese dissolved easily lead to loss of variation.To overcome these shortcomings, three-dimensional ordered macroporous (3DOM) can be applied to the shape memory structure of the lithium ion sieve. 3DOM materials used in the template colloidal crystals from monodisperse silica or polymer beads such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polystyrene. These microspheres can be arranged several ways directional tight heap structure, providing 26% of the colloidal crystal volume fraction of the gap space for liquid precursor infiltration.In the present work, with the sol - gel method combined with the colloidal crystal template synthesis of the composition of LiAlMnO4 containing three-dimensional ordered macroporous aluminum lithium manganese oxides, after H + exchange in dilute acid preparation of a new absorption corresponding dose three-dimensional ordered macroporous HAlMnO4. Further study their phase, composition stability and ion exchange properties, effectively reveal this new material in the relationship between structure and properties. |
