一开始两个审稿人，一个接受，一个以tooshort为理由拒绝，编辑推荐到另外一个杂志chemcatachem，并且和这个杂志的编辑打过招呼，人家愿意接受(I spoke with Dr. David Smith, Associate Editor of ChemCatChem (www.chemcatchem.org), Angewandte Chemie very successful sister journal. He was interested in the paper and felt that the topic covered fit extremely well into ChemCatChem and would be happy to accept a revised version of the paper, which addresses the concerns of the reviewers. Thus, we would like to offer to transfer the paper. Should you decide to take up this offer, please detail the changes made to the paper in your cover letter, quote the original submission number, and resubmit the paper directly to the ChemCatChem office. We will then transfer the referee details internally to facilitate a rapid decision.)，但是我觉得不太服气，然后写了申辩信给CEJ，估计这个申辩信转发到了提拒绝建议的那个审稿人那里，一个月过去了，就接受了。
