请教关于Springer的Open Choice 已有3人参与

论文已经被接受，收到的email中说： Open Choice In addition to the normal publication process (whereby an article is submitted to the journal and access to that article is granted to customers who have purchased a subscription), Springer provides an alternative publishing option: Springer Open Choice. A Springer Open Choice article receives all the benefits of a regular subscription-based article, but in addition is made available publicly through Springer’s online platform SpringerLink. We regret that Springer Open Choice cannot be ordered for published articles. 没大看明白。请教同行，选择这种方式是否要交费啊？网上有说要交3000美元。如果不选择这种方式，对文章发表有影响吗？ |
