[交流] journal of american ceramic society投稿中图片要求的疑问 已有3人参与

journal of american ceramic society的投稿指南中，说If there are two images used for a single figure and caption, they should be prepared in a vertical layout with one image above the other, for better image processing.是不是一种图中有两张小图的都要做成两张图竖向排列的方式，并且作为一个文件上传？如果是这样的话，那么如果一张图中有4张小图怎么办呢？

Authors should pay the manuscript control charges, currently USD 100 (KW 100,000).

A bill for the manuscript control charges is sent with the result of review.
不交钱就不审稿了吗？

Articles and Rapid Communications are edited and published in the order in which they are approved but preference is given to Rapid Communications. It is expected that authors whose research funds include publication costs will pay page charges. If no such funds are available, authors may indicate that they are unable to pay page charges. Page charges are $350 for Rapid Communications and $800 for Articles. Payment of the page charges does not influence how a manuscript is reviewed or when it is published.
