有关“Chromatographia期刊 free OFFPRINTS”的问题请教

最近一篇文章被Chromatographia期刊收录（Online publication: 30 December 2009，Volume 71,

Numbers 5-6 / 2010年3月纸质论文刊印），2010年3月23日(星期二) 上午收到出版社的mail中提到：

可是但现在我还没有收到offprints，当时在Free Offprints选项中出版社提到“You are entitled to（有权） 25 paper offprints.”（即作者可以有权获得25份免费的Offprints）。有没有大侠投过Chromatographia这个杂志？什么时候能收到Offprints？
