[交流] IEEE trans on power delivery 版面费

我的一篇论文被 IEEE transactions on power delivery 录用。
现在要填写IEEE Page Charges & Reprint Order Form. 我论文共9页，比8页超出了一页。前8页的费用是自愿的，我选择了只交超出那页的费用110美元。

但是我想问下：
1.. 那个信用卡怎么选择怎么填呢？
2..然后要学校报账的时候，发票怎么来呢？

还有里面说的：
