| 室内试验对1,3-D液剂和胶囊制剂的生物活性进行了研究,研究结果表明:1,3-D无论是液剂注射还是胶囊穴施,对土柱中镰刀菌和线虫都有很好的控制效果。液剂注射,在施药点以上20cm至施药点以下10cm,对线虫的减退率均达到90%以上,对镰刀菌的减退率达到70%以上;胶囊穴施,在施药点以上20cm至施药点以下10cm,对线虫的减退率均达到80%以上,对镰刀菌的减退率达到60%以上。 |

1,3-D liquid and Capsules of Biological activities have been studied in room experiment, which shows that the 1,3-D subtances,no matter what status they are ,liquid or Capsule,have a good effctive control to Soil column and nematodes in Fusarium.liquid injection,when the position of Spraying point ranges 20 to 10cm,can decline the rate of Nematodes to90%or more and decline the rate of Fusariums to 70% or more.meanwhile,under the same conditions,using Capsules can make the Decline rate of Nematodes to 80% or more ,and the rate of Fusariums to 60% or more. 还请楼主仔细检查一下! |

The indoor tese was carried out on the bioactivity of 1,3-D in both liquid and capsule dosage form. The results of investigation indicated that both the dosage form of liquid injection and capsule holeapplication had good control effect on the fusarium and nematode inan earth-pillar. In the case of liquid injection,,and within the zone from the point 20 cm above the dosage point to the point 10cm below the dosage point,the decreasing rate of nematode was above 90%,and that of fusarium was above 70%; In the case of capsule holeapplication,and within a same pillar zone, the corresponding factors were 80%and 60% respectively. |
