afm主编的意思是重投还是会送第三个审稿人? 已有4人参与

本人对afm的主编申诉了,当天说是到了handing editor,一周后主编回了这样一封信: Thank you for your e-mail. All authors are entitled to appeal against the decision on their manuscripts. In such a case the best procedure is to revise the paper as far as possible according to the reviewer comments. Please resubmit the manuscript as a new paper using www.manuscriptXpress.com together with a description of the changes you have made in response to the reviewer comments. In the cover letter, include the reasons why you wish to appeal against the decision. Please insert "APPEAL:" before the manuscript title in the "manuscript title" field on www.manuscriptXpress.com (but NOT in the actual manuscript Word document or PDF) to speed handling of your case. After we receive your revised manuscript and response to the reviewer comments, we will have your manuscript reevaluated by a new appeal reviewer. To help reassess your manuscript, please highlight the changes made in your revision by formatting the text in a different color. I will then contact you as soon as I have enough reports to reach a final decision. 这意思应该是要给我送第三个审稿人审吧?请问有哪位也遇到过这种情况的?如果按她说的再投出去大概还要多久时间?之前afm审我这篇稿子审了三个多月实在是太折磨人了! |
