i graduate frpm a university. my first job was a asistant chemist,my task is to abey my leaders order.and to advised him to improve any processes,but i gived no opinion to him in 3 years .how do you think about me ? i am unskillful??? no,when i first talked to him ,i had a sense of being scorned by him,"u just a operater,a worker " . i can read these words from his eyes,so i revenged. later,he quit. all that have past, it have been 3 years since i start my career,i know the feeling of being belittled,so i respect anyone beside me ,i encourage them ,and i also be rewarded respect by them. |
