[交流] 帮我看看，这个意见能接受文章吗？已有12人参与

我是第一次投稿，一个月了编辑给我发了一个这样修改意见，请教一下大家，按这个意见的意思，他们会接受我的文章吗？要毕业了，如果不接受，我就得赶紧改投其他的期刊啊。。谢谢了。

属于修改决定至于能不能录用需要根据修改情况但是快毕业了估计现在改然后还需要一段时间才能给结果如果中了怕已经赶不到毕业前出版了
