空中交通拥挤所造成的巨额的经济损失和航班的正常率的下降越来越受到人们的关注。目前,地面等待问题(GHP)主要通过合理地安排航班次序,力争达到延误成本的最小化。但是,当延误航班较多时,追求延误成本最小化会导致延误成本小的航班被无限期延迟。因此,考虑不同飞机的不同延误成本以及航班正常率,建立了一种综合考虑航班的延误成本差异、最大延误时限、尾流间隔等其他多种因素的单机场地面等待问题的事件驱动模型,使用自适应遗传算法对该模型进行求解。最后使用算例数据进行仿真,进一步说明了算法和模型的有效性与实用性。

Huge economic losses and the normal rate of decline in flight ,due to the air traffic congestion,has attracted more and more attention. so far,the ground-holding problem is mainly solved by arranging flight sequence reasonably and great efferts are made to minimize delay costs.but when there are more delayed flights, the problem is that the pursuit of cost minimization will lead to the indefinite delay of small cost flights.therefore,Taking into account of different flight delay costs of Different aircraft and the normal rate,and the various factors,such as cost variance of flight delays,maximum delay time and Wake turbulence separation,etc,a Driven model has been established.finally,the algorithm and the model validity and practicability has been further illustrated by the The simulation using the example data.
