[交流] 【Leisure chat】what kind of teacher is popular in middle school?

some say if the teacher is strict, the Ss will be obedient.
others say if the teacher is kind, the Ss will be mischievous.
some say if the teacher is knowledgeable, the Ss will admire you and learn fast.
others say if the teacher is authorative, the Ss will abject you and learn slowly.
i'm kind of confused of the teachers' role. any suggestions?

Yeah, Maybe it's true when it comes to scientific fields. But there is still some core values or principle that we humanbeing need to obey or cherish, such as honest, brave, kind, justice and so on.
In this world, to be a relatively perfect person, one needs not only knowledge or skills, but also needs high level of spirit.
