I am writing in connection with the paper you submitted to the XXX. I am sorry to have to inform you that the editor's decision is that this paper is not suitable for publication in the journal. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Editors' Note: Your paper has now been sent to many referees but, despite the long elapsed time since submission, we have been unable to get any of them to produce a review. When this happens it generally means that they feel the paper is not suitable for XXX but are declining to comment.
