主编回复： I am rejecting your paper without sending it out to referees. I know that this will be a disappointment, but we receive many more papers than we can publish in the Journal. Therefore I have to make difficult decisions on which papers to send to referees. The decision to reject at this stage is made reluctantly, but is on the basis of my views on the subject matter and novelty. It does not necessarily reflect on the quality of your paper. 谁能帮我看看这是什么意思呢？ |
