我估计的under review这个状态压根就没送到审稿人那里，主编直接再审！（附审稿意见） 已有18人参与

前几天我的文章在4,5天内就under review结束，到了required reviews completed这个状态，当时心里就悬了，今天早上看到编辑发来信息说我的文章被拒。总结了下之前在小木虫看到其他人类似的遭遇，我个人认为这种短时间under review其实根本就没有到审稿人手中，直接就是主编审了。 对我的文章来说，这个期刊应该是推荐两个审稿人，但是我回来的审稿意见只有一个审稿人的意见，而切这个意见和以前我们实验室那个被主编拒的审稿意见一模一样，一字不差。因此虽然我的文章状态有under review，但我肯定其实我的文章压根就没有送到审稿人手中！ Dear *****, Unfortunately, your paper does not address a field within the scope of *****. Alternatively, you may want to consider submission to a synthesis/processing or possibly an oxidation journal. I believe that your paper will be better received in a more relevant journal. *****has been overwhelmed with papers with the start of electronic submission (we received over 3000 in 2009), we simply have to adhere more closely to the major objective of our journal; hence our current decision of "not appropriate."
