小弟正在读一篇关于关于苏拉病的ELISA的检测的文献。其中有个长句看不懂。希望哪位前辈帮帮忙！THX 句子如下：the obtained optical density values were expressed as percent positivity by dividing the average OD value of the sample by the median value of the OD values of the strong positive control, and multiplying by 100.The ELISA cut-off value was determined as the mean percent positivity obtained from the negative sera multiplied by 2.
