求分析退稿信 已有12人参与

前几天投了一篇综述在JMS上，被打回来了。编辑回信如下： I am obliged to decline this manuscript since it does not satisfy our page and/or reference requirements for consideration as a review article. Manuscripts submitted as review articles must consist of at least 15 pages of text (not including the title or embedded Figures - they shouldn't be there - or the references); as a Review Paper, we expect the manuscript to be inclusive and thus it will include at least 40 references. >Sincerely >C. Please note that if you do decided to extend your review and make its relevance to J Mater Sci clearer, then we should be able to consider it for complimentary Open Access. 大意我理解应该是文章最短15页，参考文献最少40个。我参考文献是够的，不过只引了JMS的一篇……文章用Times New Roman的10号排版14页…… 关键是他PS里的说明，如果我在多写一点，再多引几篇他的文献，还能在投JMS么？他那个“complimentary Open Access”是什么意思？ 谢谢！ |
