| 晶体生长过程中，气泡来源于不够致密的料棒中的孔洞。当料棒溶化后小气泡被熔体封闭，均匀分布在熔体里。当转速较高时，离心力的作用使原来均匀分布的小气泡像轴心处汇聚，相互接触后形成较大的气泡，随着熔体的冷却形成晶体中的气泡。降低转速，小气泡在重力作用下会随着溶区上移而上浮。因此降低转速控制了气泡在晶体中产生。可以看出，低转速生长的晶体中也没有低角度晶界出现。 |

| The holes in less dense material rods are the source of the bubbles in The process of crystal growth. the small bubbles which is closed by melt after material rods melting are uniformly distributed in the melt.When the rotational speed is high,under the influence of Centrifugal force, the evenly distributed small bubbles will Converge to the axis and form much bigger bubbles when encountering and finally be the crystal Bubbles With the cooling of the melt.under the influence of gravity,the small Bubbles will float upward with the Up-Grading of melt reigon in the low rotational speed.Therfore,reducing the rotational speed can control the generation of the Bubbles in crystal.It can be seen that there will be no appearence of low angle grain boundary in the crystal of Low-speed growth. |
