|
国际金融危机导致我国利用外资下降，在后危机时代，我国利用外资面临更加复杂的形势，在此背景下，有必要加快转变我国利用外资增长方式。本文分析了目前全球资本流动趋势以及我国利用外资现状，提出了转变利用外资增长方式的5种途径。论文指出，我国依然是吸引全球跨国直接投资的国家之一，后危机时期，应为我国吸收外资营造良好环境，不断创新利用外资方式，优化外资产业结构，优化外资区域布局，加强外资的载体好平台建设，使我国成为国际资本流入、优质资源重组、优质产业转移的制高点，实现金融危机之后从经济大国迈向经济强国的转变。 [ Last edited by ackack on 2010-4-13 at 21:08 ] |

| The international financial crisis decreased the utilization of foreign capital in China.After the crisisthe,China is facing with more complex situation in utilizing foreign investment. Under this background, accelerating transformation in the growth of foreign investment is necessary. This paper analyzed the present trend of global capital flow and the utilization of foreign capital in China, and proposed five transformation ways in the growth of foreign investment. It pointed out that China was still one of the most attracting countries for global investment. After the crisis, China should absorb foreign capital to create a good environment. Creative ways should be found to make good use of foreign capital to improve industrial structure and optimize the foreign capital area layout. Construction of a good platform for foreign capital to achieve the commanding heights of international capital flows, excellent resources reorganization and q excellent industrial transfer is also important for China to transform from economic power towards economic superpower after the financial crisis |
