[交流] 感觉写的最好的那篇文章被拒了 已有59人参与

投出去只有一周时间，就拒了 有关文章的具体的审稿意见一个字都没有，只有下面一段话： With regret, I must inform you that, the Editors have decided that your manuscript IEOT-10-59 "**********88*88" cannot be accepted for publication in  Integral Equations and Operator Theory. IEOT is facing a large backlog and we are forced to consider only a limited number of papers.
