Thank you for submitting your paper to us for our consideration.  I regret to inform you that we are unable to consider your paper for publication in the Journal as we consider the overall standard and clarity of the writing to be too poor to allow an easy reading and scientific assessment of your work.  The linguistics of the paper, the syntax, the grammar and spelling, need considerable attention. We therefore strongly recommend that you use the services of a professional paper writing agency in order to produce a paper written to the required standard.

It is also essential that your paper be prepared in accordance with the advice given in our Instructions to Authors as well as in our Guidance Notes.  You may also find it of help if you consult some recently published papers in this Journal to see the style that is used.  It is imperative that the presentation of your paper is correct as well as the overall clarity of your writing.

Please note that, as we are a rapid communication Journal, we require papers to be presented to us so that, if they are scientifically acceptable, they can then be published without further delay.  This in essence requires that papers be virtually error-free as extensive editorial corrections on badly prepared manuscripts cannot be undertaken.  The onus for the preparation of a correctly written paper therefore rests with the authors.  For this reason we urge you to seek help with the re-writing of your paper.

We should be pleased to reconsider a paper from you in due course if you feel that, after having read the enclosed Instructions for Authors and also our Guidance Notes, that you are able to meet our requirements.

Please note that it is now the policy of this Journal to allow only one further submission of a paper that has been incorrectly or poorly written.  Failure to present your work to the required standard may result in automatic rejection of your paper.

Thank you for considering this Journal for publication of your work.  No assessment of the scientific quality of your work has yet been made.

P.S.  In addition to this paper needing considerable improvement in its
presentation, you also need to consider the originality and novelty of your
main findings.  There would seem to be a considerable number of publications
that have already indicated **** to induce apoptosis in various
cell lines including cancer cells.  Therefore if you decide to resubmit this
paper to this Journal, then you must make it clear what new and interesting
results you have obtained in this work.
