1 不过，研究表明，以上涂层在低温下（尤其1073以下）不能保护碳碳复合材料的氧化。这是由于碳基质和涂层之间的热膨胀系数不匹配导致涂层中微裂纹的存在，在低温下，涂层的微裂纹不能够自愈合。（我翻译的句子有点长，估计有点问题，请高手帮忙指点一下）
However, research results show that the above coatings cannot protect C/C composites from oxidation at low temperature especially below 1073K in that the existence of microcracks that generated in the coatings due to the mismatch of thermal expansion coefficient between the carbon matrix and the coatings, and which could not be self-healed by the coatings at low temperature.

2 继续增加微波水热温度从423K到452K,观察到晶粒尺寸从2微米增大到12微米
Continue to increase the MH temperature from 423K to 453K, and the growth in crystallite size from 2μm to 10μm is observed.

我觉得“研究表明”应该是以前的研究结论吧，因此，改为“as domenstrated in previous research"; 后面的at low temperature可省略掉。

建议尽量避免使用长句子，因此，该内容最好改成两句话。除了上文，还可以写为：
However, as domenstrated in previous research, the above coatings cannot protect C/C composites from oxidation at low temperature, especially below 1073k. This was resulted from the microcracks generated in the coatings due to mismatch of the thermal expansion coefficient between the carbon matrix and the coating, and the microcracks could not be self-healed .
self-healed足以表明自愈合，无需加by the coatings.

继续增加微波水热温度从423K到452K,观察到晶粒尺寸从2微米增大到12微米
The size of crystallite growed from 2μm to 10μm as the MH temperature continuously increased from 23K to 453K.
这个句子较简单，但是，需要将crystallite growth视为重点，而不是温度增加。在句子结构上宜将前者放在主语的地位。此外，行文用过去时。

The MH temperature was increased from 423K to 453K continuously，the growth in crystallite size from 2μm to 10μm is observed.

第一句小改一下
However, research results show that the above coatings cannot protect C/C composites from oxidation at low temperature, especially below 1073K, because of the existence of microcracks (去掉that,因为是被动关系) generated in the coating due to the mismatch of thermal expansion coefficient between the carbon matrix and the coating, and （去掉which，因为已经有and）could not be self-healed by the coatings at low temperature.
