[交流] 文章被Reject & Resubmit ，大家帮我看看还有必要重投回去么？已有7人参与

RT，下面是据稿信：

Manuscript # XXXXXXentitled "XXXXXXX" which you submitted to the Journal of Polymer Science Part A: Polymer Chemistry, has been reviewed. The comments from referee(s) are included at the bottom of this letter.

In view of the criticisms of the referee(s), unfortunately, I must decline the manuscript for publication in the Journal of Polymer Science Part A: Polymer Chemistry at this time. We feel a pity for the fact that we have to report such a negative decision, but please do understand that there are so many submissions to our Journal, and it is imperative for us to be selective.

Your submission, as the reviewers indicate, is of course interesting but we do believe that it will find more readers in another journal, and you might prefer to submit to such a journal.

However, if you do wish, a new manuscript may be submitted to us which seriously takes into consideration these comments and has extensively been revised, perhaps with additional experiments.

后面都是套话，两个审稿人，一个认为还好，但是建议改成全文再投，第二个把文章批了一遍，指出一大堆问题，然后说 I am recommending publication only after substantial revision

我看了信后感觉重投的前景似乎不太妙啊，大家觉得我是重投还是改投到别的杂志好呢？？
