the point is to persist in listening with your mind concentrated. Make yourself distinct the standard pronounce from the wrong one. This is a progressive process.

Basically, it is quite impossible for you to do this. But I have a suggestion if you are going to cram for a exam, you can get some listening sample tests or real ones from previous years. Good luck.

actually it's impossible to improve your listening within a few days.
to improve listening, you should be familiar with any topic. while listening pay more attention to the speakers' tone and attitude. may be a great deal of reading is helpful.
