[交流] GE水处理研发实验室招聘信息已有3人参与

1. Position Title: Advanced/Lead scientist- Application chemist
This position is to work as an advanced scientist in GE’s Water & Process Technologies R&D laboratories at GE’s China Technology Center. Position duties include working with cross-functional teams on chemical products application, technical support for new product development team
Essential functions (Responsibilities):
• Provide technical support for greater China commercial team on application of GEWPT process chemicals
• Work with global team in establishing testing method, application knowledge/database for chemicals product lines at CTC laboratories
• Provide technical support for global supply chain, eg. qualifying new raw materials
• Provide support to DMP/NPI/NTI (Direct material productivity/new product introduction/new technology introduction)

Qualifications:
• Master/PhD in chemical engineering/organic chemistry/polymer chemistry
• Related experience in hydrocarbon process, petrochemical industry, or wastewater treatment industrials are preferred
• Related experience in water soluble monomers/polymers or surfactant synthesis is preferred
• Self-starter, clear thinker, proactive learner and problem solver
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive goals and targets
• High energy with passion for excellence, embrace change and technology evolution as an opportunity
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Motivated by quality, cost and speed
• Excellent ability to consider overall problem, identify opportunities and implement major changes
• Strong environmental, health and safety ethics
• Fluent oral and written communication in English

2. Position Title: Advanced/Lead Technologist- Chemistry
This position is to work as an advanced research scientist in GE’s Water & Process Technologies R&D laboratories at GE’s China Technology Center. Position duties include working with cross-functional teams on chemical products productivity improvement, technical support for supply chain and new product development team
Essential functions (Responsibilities):
• Worked with/guide sourcing team to evaluate opportunities on improving productivity of chemicals products
• Guide/coach local manufacture to improve chemicals manufacturing process and product quality
• Provide technical support for global supply chain, eg. qualifying new raw materials
• Provide/arrange sample evaluation from supplier through lab performance test and synthesis
• Execute on NPI/NTI (New product introduction/new technology introduction)
• Generate new ideas according to internal/external customer needs and initiate new NPI/DMP projects

Qualifications:
• Master/Ph.D in fine chemistry/organic chemistry/polymer chemistry
• Experience in water treatment or fine chemicals industrials are preferred
• Experience in water soluble monomer/polymer or surfactant synthesis is preferred
• Self-starter, clear thinker, proactive learner and proactive problem solver
