美国吉时利 Keithley 236、237、238源测量单元的价格分别是多少? 或哪个实验室有,能否给个联系方式? 谢谢! 236 可输出电压从 100µV 至 110V,电流可从 100fA 至 100mA。它也可量测电压从 10µV 至 110V,电流可从 100fA至 100mA。 237 除拥有同样规格外,并加强了电压输出及量测能力(可至1100V)。在使用较高的电压范围时,电流输出及量测最大可至 10mA。238 提供加强的电流输出及量测能力(可至 1A),在使用较高的电流范围时,电压输出及量测最大可至15V。 [ Last edited by zzgyb on 2010-5-18 at 12:42 ] |
