这个月第三次崔稿 已有16人参与

去年2009年2月份投的稿，现在还是uder review 。一气之下，这个月催了三次稿。这次编辑的答复如下： Dear Mr. ***, Indeed we are still waiting for the third reviewer to submit his report (we already have two). The delay has been due to personal circumstances. However, the third reviewer has not promised to have his report ready within the next 10 days. A decision should therefore reach you within this month. I thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay. With kind regards, 这个月真的能decision ？第一次催他就这样说了 |
