请教大家一个关于电化学CV审稿意见的问题，急！

我的一篇文章的审稿意见，没看懂，我这边只有我一个人做，是Co3O4的CV图，请教高手。reviewer写的： For CVs independent of the sweep rate there is a ground potential and no a peak at 0.4 V. That behavior is characteristic of a diffusion process or a growth of anodic film. In that potential region it is also observed that can happen the oxygen detachment starting from the reaction: 4OH- ? O2 + 2H2O + 4e. The relationship between the anodic and cathodic charges it should be analyzed to discuss the reversibility of the reactions (peaks II-I and III-IV). CV图：  |
