[交流] icise 2009 过去快6个月了，原来发邮件问还说周期3-6个月，现在问没有人理。了。。。已有13人参与

期待中，杳无音信，希望不被忽悠，以后投稿要慎重。。。。

? The 2nd International Conference on Information Science and Engineering (ICISE2010) will be held from Dec 3th to 5th, 2010 in Hangzhou, China. ICISE 2010 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in information processing technology. At ICISE2010 academics and practitioners gather to discuss challenges and achievements from diverse perspectives, in a comfortable and effective single track conference format.

? All accepted conference papers will be published by IEEE Computer Society's CPS, included in the IEEE? Xplore, and then can be indexed by EI Compendex.

The 1st International Conference on Information Science and Engineering (ICISE2009) will be held from Dec 26th to 28thDec 18th to 20th, 2009 in Nanjing, China. Aside by the Yangtze River, Nanjing is one of the most delightful cities in China. As the Capital of many Dynasties in China, Nanjing has a brilliant cultural heritage. 　

　ICISE 2009 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in information Science and Engineering.

Publication
All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings. All conference papers published by IEEE will be submitted for possible indexing by EI compendex.
　 Some selected paper will be recommended to International Journals (SCI/EI).
