题目:Adaptive Threshold Constant False Alarm Rate Detector is widely used in the target(s) detection problems. According to the signal given for this assignment, please design a CFAR detector to find out the duration of target existing. After that, write a report, which should include the following: 1. Definition of the problem and objectives 2. State of the art survey, you need to list at least 5 references on this topic, published at top ranked journals and conferences, and / or written by top research personnel or organizations. 3. Your solution of the problem and the reasons of using your proposed method 4. Implementation details including the description of the flow, ways to address the problems in the implementation, and program codes 5. Experimental results, and explanation of the results, performance evaluation and analysis 6. Your improvements to decrease the false alarm, for example accumulation. Data: 1. Assign_1.txt was the data measured by a sensor when a car passed by.
