小弟第一次投SCI期刊，终于收到Decision Letter， Dear Mr. ×××: Based on the referee reports and the Associate Editors recommendation, I regret to inform you that your Regular Paper cannot be accepted as is in the Transactions. However, the referees have indicated that a thorough revision may result in an acceptable paper. I attach the referee comments below. If you resubmit, please go to our web site and follow the procedure for submitting a revised paper. If you decide to resubmit please start your paper file with an Authors response to the review of "paper ID number" which contains how you responded to the reviewers comments. It should be the first page(s) of the revised manuscript file. Please do not forget to include a detailed statement on how you addressed each of the reviewers comments. We ask that you prepare and submit your revision within three months from the receipt of this decision in order that we may publish research results in as timely a manner as possible. If we receive the revised paper later than this time frame, it will be considered a new paper. If more time is absolutely necessary, please contact us. Thank you for your consideration. 有些地方不明白，请大家帮忙解答下，小弟不胜感激 1.这个大修重投是委婉的拒绝吗？只听说过大修的，没听说过大修重投的； 2.重投是同一批审稿人还是换新的审稿人？ 3.所给的时间3个月跟文章所需要修改的内容相关吗？是不是要修改的地方越多，所给的时间会越长； 4. 老板让我别管那么多，先认真修改再说，不知道修改后是否有希望。因为我有个主要的问题不好回答，有个审稿人要求The proof of more fast convergence rate should be given in the revised version，小弟是做进化算法的，他要求给出算法收敛速度更快的证明，但是目前我只能通过实验来说明，却不能从理论上证明，不知道怎样才能让这个审稿人满意呢？ |
