近年来,由于工业的发展,各种生产和生活污水未达到国家排放标准就直接进入水体。作为居民饮用水源的大部分水体,已受到了严重的污染。水质检测基本上处于现场采样、实验室分析阶段,一般实验室检测分析步骤繁琐,实验周期较长,难以满足生产和市场需求。本课题通过实验研究,研制的水质快速检测箱实现了水质的现场采样和现场测定,快速测量水质的多项指标,及时掌握水环境的动态变化,预防事故的发生,为现场快速测量提供新的测试手段。
通过实验建立了水中氯化物快速测定方法。应用莫尔法与硅胶吸附原理制备的氯化物快速检测管,通过方法筛选,及单因素实验确定了铬酸银硅胶检测管最佳实验方案。在最佳实验条件下,检测限为5mg/L,变异系数范围在2.1%~6.3%,回收率范围在82.5%~108.9%。与国标方法相比无明显系统误差,RSD%<5.5%,10min即可完成样品检测。
通过实验建立了水中硫酸盐快速测定方法。通过正交试验确定了在最佳物料配比,并考察了被检水样的温度,酸碱度、铁离子和氯离子对检测结果均无较大影响。实验中主要,本检测管的最低检出限为100 mg/L,变异系数范围在2.1%~6.3%,回收率范围在82.5%~106.6%。
对邻菲啰啉分光光度法检测饮用水中总铁的研究进行改进,通过加入表面活性剂PEG20000提高了检测灵敏度。并且对个单因素进行考察,结合现场快速检测的特点,制成的总铁快速检测管5min即可完成样品检测,最低检出限为0.1mg/L,回收率为92.6%~103.8%。
经过实验对各个检测项目的试剂的选择,试剂配比,生产工艺等因素进行摸索,确定了最佳方案。对该检测箱中各检测项目进行性能评价,检出限均低于或等于GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》中的最低标准,重复性>92%,标准偏差在0.65%-4.4%,表变异系数范围在0.1%~5.7%,回收率范围在86.5%~108.9%。对水中常见离子进行干扰试验,用自制检测管对随机抽取水样进行检测,并与国标方法进行对比其准确度>94%。

recently, with the development of industry, more industrial and residential polluted water are dismissed  into rivers without meeting the national standards. as the result, most of the sources for drinking water have been heavily polluted. water quality monitoring is still at the stage of sample collection and lab analyzing stage, which is time-consuming and less practical to meet the market requirement.  in current study, a new water quality fast test kits for multiple indexes on-site water monitor was developed, which provided a new method for dynamic fast water environment check to prevent the coming pollution accidents.

通过实验建立了水中氯化物快速测定方法。应用莫尔法与硅胶吸附原理制备的氯化物快速检测管,通过方法筛选,及单因素实验确定了铬酸银硅胶检测管最佳实验方案。在最佳实验条件下,检测限为5mg/L,变异系数范围在2.1%~6.3%,回收率范围在82.5%~108.9%。与国标方法相比无明显系统误差,RSD%<5.5%,10min即可完成样品检测。

A method was established for the quick determination of the chloride in water. The fast chloride testing tube was based on using Mol method and silicon absorption technique. The optimal experimental condition of the silver chromate reaction in silicon tube was selected by ANOVA. under the best condition, the detection limit was 5mg/L with the varience of 2.1%~6.3% and the yield of 82.5%~108.9%. The new method had no difference as international standard method with RSD%<5.5%. moreover, this method only needs 10 minutes.
