二拒，该如何？

I am rejecting your paper without sending it out to referees. I know that this will be a disappointment, but we receive many more papers than we can publish in the International Journal of Pharmaceutics. Therefore I have to make difficult decisions on which papers to send to referees. The decision to reject at this stage is made reluctantly, but is on the basis of my views on the subject matter and novelty. It does not necessarily reflect on the quality of your paper. International Journal of Pharmaceutics 文章二次被拒，上面是编辑的回信。好难受，不知道该怎么办？最近事事都不顺，请教高手我怎么处理呢？再投影响因子低了吧，怕老板不同意，也不知道药剂还有那些影响因子在2-3之间的sci收录的杂志？有知道的帮帮我吧。谢了!::  |
