【求助/交流】请教相对致死率-relative death rate 已有1人参与

一篇英语文献“Modeling the combined effect of high hydrostatic pressure and mild heat on the inactivation kinetics of Listeria monocytogenes Scott A in whole milk”里描述Gompertz方程式中“M is the time at which the absolute death rate is maximum; B is the relative death rate at M”。 M是最大致死率对应的处理时间吧，那么B也就是M处的relative death rate是怎么算的啊？ 谢谢！！！ |
