not a proper time to talk that

the thing is the tilte of this sector " speak english"   or   "speaking english "  or "write english  'or 'communicated with english"  or ....


we need to clarify that first ...

and then the manager should give out 1 or 2 topic per day to conduct the members

How about holding events to correct a wrong character, word, idioms,etc?

The final goal promotes English lever of many friends, who live in non-English countries!

For Written or Speak English, Its main body are words, including phrase which has been highly-wordlize,just like idioms,therefore categories of the vocabulary of folklore include elements of folk adage.

As for me, I was always puzzled about this situation. What suitable words should I used in that sentences.
