a possible reason is that our "input" is better than out "output" level, hehe
we can read lots of papers in E about our own research field, but it may be terrible for us to express with E, it is my opinion.

I am appreciated that we have such a nice chance to improve our english.  The suggestion of the thread starter appropriate and feasible. I strongly aggree with it. However, how the topic and who will issue the topic. In my opinion, there are some rules to be needed.

I agree. To use in life, fluent in English, learning atmosphere is very important.
