【求助】新手提问：关于SUPELCOSIL ABZ+Plus色谱柱

在一篇方法学文章里看到用LC/MS/MS方法定量植物鞘脂。用到了标题里的那根柱子。请问各位大虾有人用过吗？能不能介绍一下这个柱子有什么特别的？为什么那么贵（sigma价格10000大元）？附上sigma里的一段介绍 链接：http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/cata ...
